Rev Dr Greg Glatz
Lead Minister

Greg has spent over three decades helping churches, faith-based networks, and non-profit organizations navigate change and transition.

Greg did his doctoral course work with Leonard Sweet at George Fox University. His 2014 dissertation, The Great Co-Mission: How Communities Can Transform Churches, Mission, and Discipleship, re-imagines God’s mission for the 21st century. Randy Woodley was his dissertation advisor.

Greg is an active bike rider, guitar player, and coffee enthusiast. He was born and raised in Winnipeg, has studied in Canada and the USA, and worked in Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, and the Vancouver metro area. He was a talk radio host in Winnipeg and Calgary for ten years. He also played lead guitar for two bands during his days in Winnipeg.

Dr Bruce Harding
Music Minister

Bruce is passionate about Crossroads as a place of Spirit and healing for the North Delta and Surrey community.

A church musician for 30 years and multi-instrumentalist, Bruce has a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in the development of hymn tune repertoire in The United Church of Canada.

Bruce is a past co-chair and current member of the executive of Music United: The United Church of Canada Association of Musicians, and was the managing editor for More Voices.
